MEMORANDUM OPINION
THOMAS B. RUSSELL, Senior District Judge.
This matter is before the Court upon Defendant O’Charley’s Restaurant Properties, LLC’s “Motion to Dismiss and Petition to Compel Arbitration and Stay Proceedings.” (Docket No. 4.) Plaintiffs Malisa Braxton, Darla Bailey, and Lisa Colburn have responded, (Docket No. 8), Defendant has replied, (Docket No. 9), and Plaintiffs have filed their Surreply,1 *724(Docket No. 10). This matter now is ripe for adjudication. For the reasons that follow, Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss will be GRANTED.
