This matter is before the Court upon the Motion to Dismiss or Compel Arbitration filed by two of the Defendants, CashCall, Inc. (CashCall) and Delbert Services Corporation (Delbert). [R. 3.] These Defendants ask the Court to dismiss the dase based on improper venue under ■ Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(3),1 or in the alternative, to dismiss the' case and compel arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA), 9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq.
