This case is before the court upon the petition of Mueller Brass Co. (the “Company”) for review of, and upon cross-application for enforcement of, an order of the National Labor Relations Board (the “Board”). The issues presented are whether substantial evidence on the record as a whole supports the Board’s findings that the Company violated Sections 8(a)(1) and (3) of the National Labor Relations Act (the “Act”), 29 U.S.C.A. §§ 158(a)(1) and (3), by discharging employees Hansford Stone and James Roy Rogers and that the Company violated Section 8(a)(1) of the Act…
