Before the Court is Debtors’ Objection to Proof of Claim of Bracknell Corporation (Claim # 23461) (the “Objection”), filed by WorldCom, Inc. and certain of its direct and indirect subsidiaries (collectively, “WorldCom” or “Debtors”) on April 22, 2003.
