This adversary proceeding was filed by C. David Butler, United States Trustee (“U.S. Trustee”), seeking a revocation of the discharge of the Debtors, Brian J. Almengual and Suzanne C. Warner-Al-mengual (“Debtors”), pursuant to Bankruptcy Code sections 727(d)(l)(diseharge obtained through fraud) and 727(d)(2) (failure to report property acquired post-petition or to deliver such property to Trustee).
