Plaintiff Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“plaintiff’ or “EEOC”) seeks leave to file an Amended Complaint pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 15(a) to add a retaliation claim under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended (“Title VII”), in connection with alleged victim Barbara Denninger (“Denninger”), and to add Thomas Motor Sports, Inc.
