OPINION
SWEET, District Judge.
Defendants SRC Hotels, Inc. (“SRC Hotels”), SRC Inns, Inc. (“SRC Inns”), Shelton Holdings, Inc. (“Shelton Holdings”) and Fronie K. Shelton (“F. Shelton”) (the “12(b) defendants”) have moved pursuant to Federal Rule 12(b)(2) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to dismiss the complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction.
