Plaintiffs brought suit alleging strict liability, breach of warranty and negligence claims related to an accident involving a 1993 Isuzu Rodeo Diversity jurisdiction exists pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332 and Georgia law is the applicable substantive law of the case. Before the Court is Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment and Motion for Partial Summary Judgment on the punitive damages issue.
