Hudson Valley Volkswagen, LLC (“Hudson Valley”) and CMS Volkswagen Holdings LLC, doing business as Palisades Volkswagen (“Palisades”) (together, “Plaintiffs”), brought this action against Volkswagen Group of America (“Defendant”) 1 for violations of the New York Franchised Motor Vehicle Dealer Act (“Dealer Act”), N.Y.
