Pending before the Court are Defendant Whirlpool Corporation’s Motion to Strike Certain Materials, Evidence, and Testimony (“Defendant’s Motion to Strike Other Evidence”) (Doc. No. 188) and Defendant’s Motion to Strike the Report, Opinion, and Testimony of Dr. Mark Cohen (“Defendant’s Motion to Strike Expert Testimony”) (Doc. No. 182). For the reasons dis cussed below, the Court DENIES both Defendant’s Motion to Strike Other Evidence and Defendant’s Motion to Strike Expert Testimony.
