This is a motion by the two defendants' (James Paul Porter and Marlane Porter), appearing and moving separately, for orders suppressing the products of a search and seizure made at their apartment in Queens County on March 29, 1958, on the ground that the search was unlawful, unreasonable and in violation of the defendants’ rights, under the Fourth, Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments of the Constitution of the United States and section 6 of article I of the Constitution of the State of New York and further directing an inspection of the Grand Jury minutes for the purpose of striking therefrom…
