MANSFIELD, District Judge.
Pursuant to the Court’s decision dated June 16, 1967, D.C., 270 F.Supp. 807, a hearing was held on June 29, 1967, at which the parties offered evidence with respect to the defendant’s motion pursuant to Rule 41(e), F.R.Crim.P., for suppression of evidence consisting of an alcohol still and related apparatus seized on December 15, 1966, by agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation from the defendant’s apartment.
