This is an action in equity, instituted and tried in the Circuit Court of Pike County, to reform a deed of trust and to foreclose said deed of trust as reformed. The property covered by the deed of trust is about 195 acres of farm land and certain town lots in Paynesville, together with buildings thereon and fixtures and other property therein, all located in Pike County. Defendants William Stark Forgey and his mother Eva M. Forgey each owned an undivided one-half interest in said property as tenants in common. Defendant Minnette S.
