OPINION
RONALD B. KING, Bankruptcy Judge.
Delma L. Burner, the reorganized Debtor under a confirmed Plan of Reorganization, and the liquidating agents under the Plan (collectively referred to as the “Debtor”), filed this adversary proceeding to obtain a variety of relief against Security State Bank of Pecos, Texas (the “Bank”). The Debtor alleged that the Bank has withheld property which rightfully belongs to the bankruptcy estate. The Debtor also alleged that the Bank received insider preferences and committed acts which justify equitable subordination of the Bank’s claims against the Debtor.…
