INTRODUCTION
On August 28, 2012, plaintiffs L.H. and B.H. (“Parents”), along with their minor child, M.H. (“Student”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”), filed a Complaint for attorneys’ fees pursuant to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (“IDEA”), 20 U.S.C. §§ 1400 et seq. (“Complaint,” Dkt.
