OPINION

WHITTINGTON, Justice.

Roy and Lucille Huckabay appeal from a summary judgment granted in favor of the Irving Hospital Foundation, d/b/a Irving Health Care Systems, a/k/a Irving Community Hospital (the Hospital). The Huck-abays assert that the summary judgment should not have been granted because: (1) their summary judgment evidence raised a fact issue as to the Hospital’s notice of the injury to Roy Huckabay (Huckabay), and (2) their petition clearly alleged misuse of tangible personal property as the cause of injury.
