GRIFFITH, Justice.

Rebecca May (“May”) appeals the trial court’s order granting final summary judgment in favor of Appellee, Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital (the “Hospital”). May raises five issues on appeal. We affirm.

Background

May filed suit against the Hospital alleging that she was sexually assaulted by an individual from the Hospitals Environmental Services Department. May underwent a mastectomy of her right breast.
