Appellant Michelle Michael, individually and on behalf of her minor children, Vanessa Michael and Natasha Michael, sued the Travis County Housing Authority for personal injuries based on alternative theories of strict liability, negligence, and premises liability. Asserting sovereign immunity, the Housing Authority filed a motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, which the trial court granted.
