HENDERSON, District Judge.

The plaintiff, a former civil service employee at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, brought this action pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 791, and the Comprehensive Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism Prevention, Treatment, and Rehabilitation Act of 1970, 42 U.S.C. § 290dd-l(d). He alleges defendant Department of the Army (“Army”) discriminated against him by failing to accommodate his handicapped condition, that is, alcoholism, and by removing him without giving him a firm choice…
