This is a disciplinary proceeding. Respondent Steven Earl Solomon is alleged to have committed acts of misconduct in respect to several clients. The pleadings, briefs, and record present differing versions of the circumstances surrounding each matter. We find that the facts are as follows.

RHODES MATTER
