OPINION
TODD, Judge.
The defendant, Ruby Louise Hulsey Edwards, has appealed from a decree award ing a divorce to her husband, the plaintiff, William Eugene Edwards, granting to said husband the care, custody and control of the three minor children of the parties, divesting out of the defendant and vesting in the plaintiff all of the joint property of the parties.
On October 11, 1972, plaintiff filed his petition for divorce, charging adultery and cruel and inhuman treatment.
On October 13, 1972, defendant filed an original petition for divorce charging cruel and inhuman treatment.
