Plaintiff LoggerHead Tools, LLC prevailed, winning a jury verdict and a large damages award against Defendants Sears Holdings Corp. and Apex Tool Group, LLC, on claims that by selling the "Max Axess Locking Wrench," Defendants infringed LoggerHead's patent for an "Adjustable Gripping Tool."
