Defendant contends that the trial court erred by (1) ruling that the State was not required to turn over to the defense items that belonged to defendant that were in the possession of the State, the F.B.I. or any other state or federal agency; (2) denying defendant’s motion to dismiss the jury panel for an alleged violation of Batson v.
