TRIEBER, District Judge.

The plaintiffs, citizens of the state of Missouri, instituted this action to recover damages from the defendants, the Choctaw, Oklahoma & Gulf Railroad Company, a corporation created by an act of Congress, having its principal office in the Indian Territory, and the Chicago, Rock Island & Pacific Railroad Company, a corporation created by and existing under the laws of the state of Illinois; both of the corporations doing business in this state and district.
