Two questions are involved in this workmen’s compensation case. The first is whether the district court erred in awarding compensation at the rate of $18 a week for not exceeding 415 weeks, when the total and continuing disability may have been caused in part by the recurrence of a left inguinal hernia, for which original hernia the claimant had been fully compensated, as a scheduled injury, under the workmen’s compensation act.
