— Suit to set aside and enjoin the col-' lection of taxes assessed against realty. The complaint states five separate causes of action, relating to the assessments for the years 1893, 1894, 1895, 1896, and 1897 in tbe county of Pierce. At the conclusion of the trial the court found the facts, to which no exceptions are here made. It was found that the plaintiff was the owner of the realty.
