OPINION
LACEY, District Judge.
By an application dated March 14, 1973 the United States Department of Justice requested and received authorization to intercept telephonic conversations emanating from two telephones located on the business premises of defendant Lawrence Dalia. 1 On April 5, 1973 the Justice' Department sought and received an extension of their authority to intercept wire communications of Dalia and others, and, on the same date, authority was acquired to commence oral interception at Dalia’s office.
