This suit was instituted by plaintiff, A. H. Wandell, against defendant, Camden Fire Insurance Association, to recover the sum of $345 under the terms of a policy of storm insurance issued by the' defendant company.
Plaintiff, in substance, alleges that on the 11th day of April, 1914, for a consideration of 88 paid by him to defendant, the defendant agreed and bound itself to insure plaintiff’s certain building against damage by storm, etc., to the amount of $1,000; that in reducing said agreement to writing defendant, by mistake, erroneously inserted therein the name “Estate of F.
