Objections to the supplemental account of Sylvia May Behrens, executrix of the will of Mary L. Hanson, deceased, were made and filed in the County Court of Minnehaha County, By Walter H. Baldenecker, as executor of the estate of Florence L. Baldenecker, deceased, and by Mary L. Tolby. After hearing, the account was approved and allowed except as to some minor items. The objectors appealed to the circuit court and after hearing de novo the account was again approved and allowed. The objectors have appealed to this court.
