For the third time since 1995, the issue of the use of motorized recreational off-road vehicles (ORVs) in the Big Cypress National Preserve is before the Court. The first case2, initiated by environmental interests, resulted in a Settlement Agreement, while the second3, initiated by ORV interests,- resulted in summary judgment in favor of the government agencies.
