COX, Judge:

Appellant was tried by a general court-martial with members. On his pleas, he was convicted of conspiracy to possess and distribute drugs; four other drug offenses; aggravated assault; resisting apprehension; and carrying a concealed weapon, in violation of Articles 81, 112a, 128, 95, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 *371USC §§ 881, 912a, 928, 895, and 934, respectively.
