This appeal arises from a summary judgment rendered in a suit filed by appellant Cambridge Production, Inc. (herein Cambridge) against appellees Geodyne Nominee Corporation (herein Geodyne), Amarillo National Bank (herein ANB), and William L. Arrington (herein Arrington).
