This is an appeal from the dismissal of an action for damages on the basis of the statute of limitations. The complaint alleged that an automobile accident occurred on January 13, 1973, when plaintiff was 14 days old. At that time, plaintiff was treated by a physician for a small abrasion on the head. There were no other apparent injuries. In 1980, plaintiff began to exhibit apparent learning difficulties in school.
