1. INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Linda J. Blozis (“plaintiff’) filed this action against Mellon Trust of Delaware National Association, Mellon Bank National Association, and Mellon Financial Corporation (collectively, “defendants” or “Mellon”) on December 27, 2005.
