The United States appeals from the decision of the United States Court of Inter national Trade denying the government’s motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction, granting Corrpro Companies, Inc.’s (“Corrpro’s”) motion for summary judgment, and classifying the subject merchandise under Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (“HTSUS”) MX 8543.40.00, duty-free.
