Appellants, George and Carol Zuk, appeal from the order entered in the Susquehanna County Court of Common Pleas,1 directing Appellants to convey certain real property to Appellees, Joseph and Betty Zuk.2 We affirm.

The relevant facts and procedural history of this case are as follows. The real property at issue originally consisted of approximately ninety-seven and one-eighth acres of land located in Clifford Township. *105At that time, Appellants, Appellees, and Michael and Susan Zuk,3 owned the property as tenants in common.
