This is an action for damages for personal injuries alleged to have been caused by the negligent operation of a motor truck and trailer, brought by Louise Mewbern, as plaintiff, against Exley Produce Express, Inc., a corporation, and Dan C. Arnold, impleaded as Dan Claude Arnold, as defendants. Trial was had before the court and jury, and on March 3, 1954, the jury returned a verdict in favor of defendants.
