Before the Court are the preliminary objections filed by the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Criminal Division (CCP) to the complaint filed by Alfred J. Russo, following his termination from employment with CCP in 2009. This matter was initially filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County 1 (Trial Court) against CCP and Allégheny County as dual employers.
