Gregory Thomas (Thomas) appeals from the December 8, 2015 Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Washington County (common pleas), sustaining the Preliminary Objections (POs) of Patrick Grimm, common pleas’ Court Administrator, (Defendant) and dismissing the Complaint filed by Thomas following his resignation from his employment with common pleas in 2014. At issue is the applicability of the Whistleblower Law 1 to judicial employees.
