OPINION

ROTH, Circuit Judge:

Antonio Figueroa appeals the District Court’s September 11, 2012, judgments of conviction and sentence. Figueroa was convicted of civil rights violations under 18 U.S.C. §§ 241 and 242 and sentenced to ten years imprisonment.
