RENDELL, Circuit Judge:

Dominic Oguejiofo, an African-American man born in Nigeria, brought suit against his former employer, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, LTD (“Bank”), and two of his former supervisors (collectively “Defendants”). Oguejiofo alleged discrimination on the basis of his race and national ori gin 1 in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”) and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, N.J. Stat. Ann. § 10:5-1, et. seq. (“NJLAD”). Defendants moved for summary judgment, and the District Court granted the motion in full.…
