Plaintiffs, Aaron Shaw and Robert LaCourt, have brought this civil rights action against Defendants, Temple University, and five members of the Temple Police: Captain Denise Wilhelm, Captain Edward Woltemate, Sergeant Charles James, Corporal Brian Crawford, and Patrol Officer Justin Busam. Plaintiffs have alleged that Defendants engaged in purposeful discrimination and conducted a pretextual disciplinary investigation that ultimately resulted in Plaintiffs' forced resignations.
