LARSON, Justice.
The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board charged Don E. Gott-schalk with numerous violations of the Iowa Code of Professional Responsibility for Lawyers and the Iowa Rules of Professional Conduct. 1 The Grievance Commis sion concluded that Gottschalk violated certain provisions of the Iowa Code of Professional Responsibility and Iowa Rules of Professional Conduct and recommended that we suspend Gottschalk’s license to practice law for a period of not less than two years.
We agree with some of the commission’s findings of misconduct, and suspend Gott-schalk’s license…
