APPEL, Justice.

This case shows onee again how a respected member of the bar can become entangled in a web of ethical violations arising from the neglect of an estate in probate proceedings.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board charged attorney James Van CGinkel with multiple violations of our disciplinary rules in connection with the probate and elogsing of the estate of John Oxley.
