ASHBY, J.

Appellant was charged in three counts with possession for sale of cocaine, possession for sale of methaqualone and possession for sale of marijuana. After denial of his motion under Penal Code section 1538.5 to suppress evidence seized pursuant to a search warrant, he pleaded guilty to counts I and II and was sentenced to state prison. He appeals pursuant to Penal Code section 1538.5, subdivision (m).

The evidence against appellant was seized pursuant to a search warrant which authorized the search of his residence in the City of Long Beach, County of Los Angeles, for cocaine…
