Defendant appeals on the ground that his motion to suppress evidence pursuant to Penal Code section 1538.5 was improperly denied.

A search warrant was issued for defendant’s residence. He was arrested after officers found seven balloons containing heroin and three guns during their search for heroin and narcotic paraphernalia described in the warrant.
