Plaintiff challenges the final decision of Assistant Postmaster General, Employee Relations Department, U. S. Postal Service, William Eudey, dated May 10, 1974, upholding both Plaintiff’s suspension and removal from the Postal Service. In his Complaint, Plaintiff contends that his dismissal was violative of his Fifth Amendment rights of due process and double jeopardy and he seeks injunctive mandamus, declaratory relief, reinstatement, back pay and damages.
