MEMORANDUM AND ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
ROBINSON, District Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 35). In this motion, defendant seeks summary judgment on all of plaintiffs employment discrimination claims. Defendant has also filed a Motion to Determine Wichita as Place of Trial (Doc. 41), asking that trial in this case be held in Wichita, Kansas rather than Kansas City, Kansas as plaintiff has requested.
