NEALON, Chief Judge.

Plaintiff has filed this antitrust action against fourteen corporate and individ*703ual defendants, alleging violations of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1 & 2, sections 3 and 7 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 14 & 18, the Robinson-Patman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 13, and the law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Five of the defendants have filed a motion to strike the allegations contained in paragraph 55 in the complaint. See Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(f) (immaterial allegations).
