In this case we must decide whether the courts below erred in conferring statutory “family farmer” status upon appellees pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 101(17)(A) (Supp. V 1987). Otoe County National Bank (creditor) appeals from a final judgment of the District Court1 affirming both the Bankruptcy Court’s2 determination that George Roger Easton and Elsie M.
